If a purchased product is deemed faulty or damaged, please contact us at rhubarbrecordsadmin@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item to notify us of the problem.

We will send you a replacement item or refund of purchase costs once adequate proof of fault or damage is provided to us, or once the item is returned.
